My EIMUN Journey as a US Embassy Nominated Delegate from Pakistan
As a US Embassy Nominated Delegate to the Everest International Model United Nations (EIMUN), Kathmandu, Nepal from Pakistan, and as a delegate of Russia in ECOFIN Council, my experience was nothing short of transformative. In the heart of Nepal, surrounded by diverse cultures and perspectives, I found myself on a remarkable journey of growth, diplomacy, and unity.
The anticipation leading up to the conference was palpable, as I prepared to embrace the role of a diplomat representing a country with a storied history in global affairs. The challenge lay not only in understanding Russia’s stance on international issues but also in finding common ground with fellow delegates from all corners of the world.
As I stepped into the bustling conference venue, I was immediately struck by the spirit of camaraderie that permeated the atmosphere. Delegates, each embodying their respective nations, came together with a shared purpose – to collaboratively address the world’s most pressing challenges.
