The Visionary behind Youth Thinkers' Society and various other social enterprises, Mr. Rai is passionate about youth engagement in meaningful initiatives that can transform societies and reform policies for peace and prosperity. He specializes in program design and development and voluntarily works with the YTS team to help them achieve the goals set by the organization.
Mr. Dilip Hajara, who is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Rural Development, works as the Program Manager in our organization. With a playful smile glued to his face at all times, he is surely the ‘happy bunny’ of the team. The true definition of a humble, responsible and helpful person, he aspires to be a social activist someday and work for a cause whereby he can serve the underprivileged. When not working, Dilip relishes playing cricket and volleyball. He adores photography and wants to capture the alluring scenic chef-d'oeuvre of the world. He loves sharing his amusing experiences and stories with people, and once he starts, there is no stopping him. His one-word punchlines and subtle jokes will instantly make you grow fond of him.
Rahima Shrestha is our finance and administration officer. She is a recent Master's graduate. She did her Bachelors in Business Administration from KUSOM. With her positive and stewardship mindset she leads the team of YTS with full responsibility and encouragement to all the members of the team. She is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. Her motto in life is to “Never Give Up” and she always believes that teamwork and determination are needed to lead a team successfully. She loves to explore new places and socialize in her free time.
Nujju Awale is the ultimate juggler, both literally and figuratively. As a program coordinator for EIMUN 2023, she expertly manages multiple schedules, personalities, and needs, all while smiling. Her organizational skills are second to none, and she's not afraid to take charge when needed. But Nujju's ambitions don't stop at program coordination. She's passionate about promoting inclusive and gender-balanced growth and is working towards becoming a development practitioner, educator, and researcher. Her dedication to this goal is unwavering, and she's always on the lookout for new opportunities to learn and grow. In her free time, Nujju's adventurous spirit takes over. She's an avid traveler, always seeking out new cultures, cuisines, and experiences. She's not one to shy away from a challenge either, and her latest obsession is mastering the art of rock climbing.

Ms. Dipika Shrestha is a young and dynamic individual working as the Head of Academics at Youth Thinkers’ Society. She is a recent BSc. Microbiology graduate, and has a deep interest in understanding the intricate world of microorganisms. Her eagerness to learn, attentive listening skills, and her inquisitive nature makes her an asset to any project she works on. She sees herself as an optimist, always looking at the brighter side of things. Her positive attitude and willingness to learn have been a driving force in her personal and professional growth. As a student of Microbiology , she is fascinated by the minute lives that have a potential to bring substantial changes on humankind. She aims to contribute to sustainable communities through the field of research. Apart from her academic pursuits, she has a creative side to her. She enjoys doodling, sketching, writing and listening to poetry. In her free time, she loves going on hikes to explore and connect to the beauty of nature.

Neharika Shrestha is a business administration student who has worked on various projects and programs. She has experience in public affairs, outreach, social media, and content writing. She is a multi-skilled individual who is always on the lookout for new and fruitful experiences, having worked as a Public Affairs Intern at U.S. Embassy, Nepal, and as a Bookbus Instructor. She has superb written and verbal skills honed as a Research and Content Writer here at YTS. Additionally, she is passionate about reading and occasionally hosts book discussions. She also yarns and paints during her free time.
Shashank Tuladhar is our young, enthusiastic, and creative graphic designer. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor in Computer Science. He describes himself as a generous and curious person who is always excited to learn new things. As a graphic designer, he loves to play with shapes and colors and bring his creative imagination to life. He believes that "Being yourself is the key to happiness". Given his interest in computers and programming, he wants to become a software developer and eventually release his own software product. During his free time, he mostly likes playing guitar, listening to music, Sketch, and binge-watching documentaries about unsolved mysteries.
Our Social Media Platforms are managed by our social media handler, Jasmine Sharma. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Social Work with a major in Psychology. With her keen eye for imaginative and creative mindsets, She always tries to work for the promotion and visibility of YTS. She describes herself as punctual in nature and loves to brainstorm new ideas. In her free time, she loves to read books and listen to music.
Shubam is a finance and admin assistant with a background in computer science. He recently completed his +2 studies in computer science and is now applying his knowledge and skills to support the finance and administrative operations of Youth Thinkers’ Society. Shubam is a detail-oriented and hardworking individual who is committed to achieving excellence in his work. He loves to play games and is known for his friendly personality.
Manik Raj Basnet is a dedicated individual who is serving as the Committee Coordinator for Everest International Model United Nations (MUN) conference. With a passion for international relations and diplomacy, Manik plays a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing the smooth functioning of MUN committees. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Despite his academic background he has acquired a comprehensive understanding of global affairs and the intricacies of diplomatic negotiations through his experience. Manik’s professional journey in the field of MUN began during his undergraduate studies when he actively participated in MUN conferences as a delegate following to the Executive Board member. His exceptional performance and leadership skills led him to assume the role of Committee Coordinator for this conference. Following his graduation, he pursued a career in organizing and attending MUN conferences at the regional and national levels. Over the past five years, he has successfully coordinated numerous conferences, working closely with diverse groups of students and faculty advisors. His strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask have made him an invaluable asset to the MUN community.
I am the Committee Coordinator for the UNICEF committee at EIMUN 2023. Currently, in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, I am deeply committed to promoting sustainable practices and making a positive impact within the industry. With a passion for agriculture and sustainability, I strive to create a more environmentally conscious approach to farming. Recognizing the critical role that sustainable agriculture plays in addressing global challenges, such as food security and climate change, Prajwal seeks to inspire and educate others about the importance of adopting eco-friendly practices. Alongside my agricultural pursuits, I am interested in the arts, literature, and travel. Prior to my role as the UNICEF Committee Coordinator, I was an active member of the Youth Thinkers' Society-Lamjung. Within this organization, I conducted Lamjung Model United Nations (LMUN), the Agri-Talk series, and several agriculture-based programs. My journey in the Everest Model United Nations began with my participation as a delegate in EIMUN 2019. Having experienced the transformative power of MUN firsthand, I am thrilled to return to EIMUN 2023 as a committee coordinator. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to facilitate engaging committee sessions, fostering an inclusive and impactful environment for all participants. With a blend of expertise in sustainable agriculture, a passion for the arts, and a commitment to international cooperation, I am poised to make a lasting contribution to the UNICEF committee at EIMUN 2023. Mr. Sugam Mahat is a water resource engineer and environmental activist, working in the field of water management and resource planning. His Model UN journey started 7 years back, and since then he has been proactively participating in numerous national and international Model UN conferences. Mr. Mahat is an adrenaline junkie, who revels in extreme sports and adventures. He lives by the quote “If you don't risk anything, you risk everything”.
Bibishika Khanal is a Law student and an aspiring Juvenile Justice Activist who has partaken in several experiential activities in the field of social justice and youth empowerment. Her experience arches out to research, program management, legal assistance and coordination, transcription, freelance content writing, and so on. Moreover, her professional experiences also include being an Extern for the Greenpeace USA: Remote Externship Program, Legal Support Coordinator for the Centre to Assist and Protect Child Rights of Nepal (CAPCRON), and Mentee in the USG Alumni Mentorship Program (2023) among others. Besides, she is also a cinephile and a devout music lover. If you wonder what she would be doing in her free time, she’d probably be in the cinemas or listening to music.
